Yb doped CaGdAlO4 crystal (Yb: CALGO) exhibits excellent performance in producing high-power and ultra short laser pulses. It has a wide and smooth transmission bandwidth and can generate very short pulses (<100 fs). In addition, its high thermal conductivity enables it to maintain high power pumping (the thermal conductivity of 2 at.% Yb: CALGO along the a and c axes is 6.9 and 6.3 WK-1 m-1, respectively); The generation of very short pulses and high average power femtosecond oscillators has been proven.
Bismuth borate (BIBO) is a newly developed nonlinear optical crystal. It has characteristics such as high effective nonlinear optical coefficient, high damage threshold, and difficulty in deliquescence. Its nonlinear optical coefficient is approximately 3.5-4 times that of LBO and 1.5-2 times that of BBO, making it an excellent frequency doubling crystal that can be used to generate blue light at 473nm.
β-BBO, discovered by FIRSM of Chinese Academy of Sciences, now is manufactured and marketed by CASTECH. Besides as a NLO crystal for SHG and FOHG, it's also usd in OPO and ultrashort-pulse lasers.
LBO (Lithium triborate or LiB3O5) is a very useful nonlinear optical crystal material, especially for SHG THG of high-intensity laser radiation, intracavity SHG THG, deep-UV SFG and OPO applications.
The KGW Crystal is a high-quality product that offers a wide transmittance range from 300 nm to 5μm. With its exceptional features, such as the Raman shifts at 768 cm-1 and 901 cm-1, which depend on large pump polarization, it serves as an excellent Raman shifter for picosecond applications.
